Sagged purlins
The roof purlins are wooden beams or joists placed lengthwise on the roof, with the two short sides parallel to the roof plane to be supported. Roof purlins should never sag. Roof partial or complete renovation?

A local replacement of the roof saves a lot of time, labor and thus costs compared to completely renewing your roof.
